Krav Maga is an extremely effective fitness and self-defence system that has a lot of benefit for women.
Our women’s only self-defence and fitness classes are designed to help you gain confidence, grow awareness, get in the best shape of your life, all whilst learning simple and extremely effective self-defence!
Our unique program focuses on the most common threats in today’s society, working with you to grow a strong mindset around your safety, giving you back your power to defend yourself, set strong boundaries, and become your own hero.
The classes will help you become your strongest version, offering you kettlebell and bodyweight training, combined with self-defence techniques including how to strike and move effectively, how to recognise danger, how to avoid threatening situations, how to break the freeze response when in danger, and fight back if you really need to. They are a great way for you to get fitter and stronger, build resilience, set boundaries, relieve stress, all while having fun!

Our women-only classes are available to women aged 16 and above.
